I study mechanism of rapid adaptation to environmental changes by studying genome, epigenome and phenome. In order to understand these mechanisms, I develop experimental approaches both in a controlled environment and in a natural environment at different spatial (from molecules to populations) and temporal (from the life stage to transgenerational) scales. My biological models of interest are the reef building corals and the oysters Crassostrea gigas and Pinctada margaritifera.
